Current Status - 17th March 2020

Catapult triggered our work from home plan on Monday 16th March. We had been preparing for this for some weeks, so the core computing and communications systems were already in place and tested. Most Catapult staff are now working from home, the remainder will be within the one to two days.

Delivery of services and products

Catapult will continue to provide virtually all services and products as usual during this period. The only known exception is on-site visits. These are being assessed on a case by case basis. Please note that Catapult has been providing extensive remote service and support to customer sites for years.

Background

Catapult has always operated with awareness of our responsibility as a supplier of mission-critical products and services to our partners and customers, and through them to the wider community. Accordingly Catapult started preparing weeks ago to ensure the uninterrupted operation during any COVID-19 pandemic.

Objectives & Strategy

Our objective has been to ensure the health and safety of our staff and their families, while maintaining normal delivery of our services and products to our customers and partners.   The core strategy was to implement working from home for all staff. With that now in place, we move on to ensure we make working from home as safe, effective, sustainable and enjoyable for our team as we can.
