Catapult has been successfully completing turn-key system integration projects since the early 90's. Formal project management methodology is used on all our projects.
Experience has taught us that project success requires early planning, continual monitoring, and most importantly full, open and regular communication with the customer.
To every project we undertake we bring a superb track-record, well-honed project management skills and a determination to succeed.
"Catapult's approach to upgrading SSVEC’s system to Catapult iPower greatly advanced our SCADA system capabilities. "

Project Management
Catapult applies formal project management techniques to all customer projects. For medium and large projects this management includes the following elements:
Project Planning
A preliminary project plan is developed and submitted as part of the tender. This plan is finalized with the customer during contract negotiations. The plan becomes the basis for reporting progress to the customer, and measuring progress against contractual requirements. The plan includes:
- All jobs required of Catapult, the customer, subcontractors and other parties.
- Job sequences, critical jobs, critical resources and critical paths
Progress Reporting
The customer receives regular (typically weekly) written progress reports. Reports refer to jobs identified in the project plan. Current and upcoming obligations on the customer are highlighted. Current and upcoming obligations of any subcontractors are highlighted. Existing or potential problems are highlighted. Supplementary reports are provided at key stages.
Experience has taught us that project success requires early planning, continual monitoring, and most importantly full, open and regular communication with the customer.
